When your feet become important to you... walk them over to Hooks where their shoes are important to them.

Staff outdated and products as well. Poor customer service.

About a month ago I called Hooks Shoes asking about ortho inserts. The man said yes , but I would need an appointment. 10 days later a arrived at Hooks at my appointed time. The man then told me that I needed an RX. So I went to my Doctor and called Hooks again for a new Appointment. The man said I didnt need an appointment . So I arrived first thing Friday morning with my RX in hand. Now I was asked if I have insurance . I said yes gave the 'insurance woman" my card and told her Ive bought inserts twice before with my Insurance with a small deductible. She told me I had a 5000.00 deductible and I should call the insurance company myself because it would take her an hour or more. So I left Hooks shoes. Later that day I called my insurance company as told. This 4 minute call confirmed my inserts are covered and that I have a small deductible NOT 5000.00! So now im sure I have everything I need except the desire to return too Hooks Shoes .

Approximately $385 however the salesman made a lnsert for me while I waited. Cost me $45. They are peerfect! Went back after 2wks and got another set made fO My or other shoes. Great people here!
Just off Sheridan and Niagara Falls Blvd.
They took my wife's Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield.
I've been going there since 2002 for orthotics, little pricey but can not put a price on happy feet. I'd buy my shoes elsewhere though.
Call ahead they will let you know busy times. If parking lot is full expect to wait. It's worth the wait. Biggest tip take the number as soon as you arrive.
I got a pair of shoes that was $140 have had for 1 1/2. Years. They fit you for what you need they also can fit you for orthodoxy if needed. My wife has been going there for over 20 years. Along with my disabled son went there. A good place to be taken care of.
