i was supposed to have a surgical procedure on tuesday and they were supposed to call me on monday the day before to tell me when to show up. well they didn't. well apparently they claim they tried to call me but they could only get my voicemail but they didn't leave a voicemail message. not a great way to run an office

The people are friendly, staff is great at calls with information on patients as well as having your doctor call as long as they have the correct phone number. Everything was fine and took 3-4 hours total surgery time for back.

I’ve been to this facility on 2 different occasions and yesterday had major surgery. I can’t begin to express my gratitude and thanks to all the staff that goes well beyond excellent treatment! My surgeon, anesthesiologist, nurses and everyone who works there were top notch and so knowledgeable! The care and respect I was shown was truly amazing and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. I would give 10 stars if I could!
