We said "goodbye " to our beloved Wheaton Terrier Finnegan almost 2 weeks ago. He was 15 years and 3 months. Everyone at Blue Cross was so kind and understanding. It was a very difficult decision for us, but it was the right one for him. Thank you for all the wonderful care over the years. He saw just about every vet and tech at some point or other and always got the best care. Thank you! Heather and Tom Appenheimer

As someone who’s family has used Blue Cross for close to 30 years, this vet has completely declined in service and care for animals. I was always happy and referred other pet owners to them. This has drastically changed over the years. Ever since Dr. Brown retired, this place has changed into a corporate, cold environment that puts profits over the well being of animals and their care. You can no longer bring your sick animals here for same day appointments, instead they refer you to emergency vets, that are completely unaffordable, and do not know your dogs history! What is the point of having a vet if you can’t receive care when your pet is sick? I called begging them to see my sick dog and they refused her care, after almost 9 years of her being in their practice. This is a new way of doing business, we could always get same day appointments before. Dr Brown would have never treated patients this way. I will be leaving this practice immediately. Consider taking your dog to a smaller non- corporate vet, where they care about your animal!

Great vet with friendly staff. When no vet could get me in for an appointment not even my own vet, they were able to get me in right away to help my Pug puppy. I'm so thankful for them 💖🐾

**Note ** this review is before Blue Cross changed hands. It's not the same now.** I have brought our family pets to Blue Cross for decades. Dr. Brown is the best! I have a rescued senior yellow lab who actually likes to go to the Vet because they are so nice to him there! Dr. Brown saved his life when I was sure that was it and worked with me on other things to make my old dog comfortable within budget. They have seen me happy with my animals in for routine visits and they have seen me as a sobbing mess when I have lost an animal and they have always treated me very well and with respect. They have been so good to my animals too that I figured it is about time I write a review.

Everything is separate. Office visit, fecal, etc. You bring it they will test it.
At this time, we are only seeing dogs and cats. We would suggest you call All Creatures Animal Hospital in East Amherst.
We do not have volunteers. We do, however have students interning.
You should call, rather than post online in a public forum. Pretty confident that you can't cancel or make an appointment like this.
Mary, Our philosophy has always been, "Do what is best for your patient within your client's budget". You can be confident our compassionate doctors will respect you and your pet. Dr. Brown
