I was visiting my daughter in Buffalo. I reside in NYC. I had gotten a bad scratch from a family cat which was infected. I walked in to get it looked at. Dr. Croonin (a Long Island dr) was amazing!! I was afraid to start an antibiotic, because I'm allergic to everything. He reassured me i would be fine and it was imperative to start this clindamycin. The scratch was extremely red and spreading. I was also given a tetanus shot. He was right i had no adverse reactions. The entire staff was wonderful. Highly recommend this urgent care!

I had to take my son in this afternoon and he was terrified. He came in crying and shaking. The receptionist, Megan, went out of her way to get him a snack and some stickers to calm him down. She also took the time to talk calmly and kindly to him. By the time he saw the Dr he was ok and smiling. The staff here were all sweet and patient with my son.

Great experience- we have a son with special needs and he was very scared to go in. The nurse and PA actually came out on the sidewalk to comfort him and welcome him inside. They saw us and diagnosed us quickly and were just wonderful. Excellent experience! Thank you so much.
