As everyone else I had a little trouble finding someone to get my order
It took a while to get help when i was there but when i found someone he was very helpful
I have recently been to this store and the other in Williamsville. Both stores had terrible customer service in person and I gave up calling and drove there. Good luck is all I can say.

Happens ALL THE TIME what number are you calling? If you see another try it and if you get nothing again call corporate. Somone Is paid to answer that phone just remember that
