I'm not 100% sure, but have seen leashed dogs in the store quite a few times. And as a dog owner myself, please bring stuff to clean any messes. It would rude to leave it, as I have also seen that fone before too. Grrr.
Im not sure but i used to come there with my small dog is ok.
I believe if they are a service dog not a pet. I think that is the rule for all stores except pet stores for health reasons.
