Customer run far away! As a member of the WC community for over 20 years, this place of business has really taken a nose dive. Ever since the rude gentleman Chris took over the place customer service and quality has gone out the window. From not getting your suit alterations done correctly or in the time window promised, to defensive and rude sales tactics. Today I tried to give them business for the last time and when Chris ran circles around pricing he yelled out “get it done somewhere else bitch” as I was walking out the building. He then falsified a story about me threatening him and posted it on a local Facebook page (that was removed). Chris Cadiente your business is a joke, your mother and family should be ashamed at how you tarnish their family business. Take a look at all of their responses to customers complaints, defensive and rude instead of trying to empathize and look inwardly to see how they get better. There’s 100 places that do what they do. Avoid the threats and joke of a customer experience!

I took curtains in to be altered and they were brand new. Now they are altered with no hooks to hang them up. My brand new curtains are ruined I have to buy new curtains now, like I have money to throw away.. I will not be using this company anymore. This costed me $150 dollars and now I have to buy new curtains so unhappy.

because of their high review score, I brought 3 pair of expensive pants to do Pants Hem (to make the pants shorter), only 1 pair turned out ok; for the other pair they did a very sloppy job the sewing line was not straight and made the pants crooked, and after one rework it still looks very poorly made, and had to take it to a different tailor to redo it; then for the 3rd pair they could not even make the 2 legs same length, and after 2 rework the length of the 2 legs are still different and they left multiple small holes on the pants.......terrible........... Although the owner was nice, but that doesn't really help on my loss, and their tailor sure was not suitable for the job or has a very poor working attitude......terrible.............!!!!!!!!! Update: just add 2 photos of the pants with the leg length uneven work, and you the sloppy sewing job the tailor does on this pants too. Feedback on the owner's comments, I am not looking for refund or anything like that, just want to show what was the result for the pants after not 1 but 2 reworks (see the photos the leg length is still not even, and threads are drop out all over the pants edge), plus that means 2 extra driving trip for the 2 reworks......
