Never answer, and transfers to deadlines that don't work. Maybe hire an extra caller? And this is across ucla departments.

I would highly recommend finding & seeing as many doctors/specialists as you can at UCLA. Except for a few doctors, (my ob/gyn, dentist, and psychologist), all the rest of my doctors are at UCLA. It streamlines my healthcare because all my doctors stay updated on every aspect of my physical ailments and work with each other to provide me with optimum care. One thing that really helps, is knowing as much as you can about your daughters physical and mental condition. Although UCLA is becoming more open to holistic, alternative medicine (massage, meditation, acupuncture, vegetarian and paleo diets), you may have to take the initiative to pursue those modalities. However, if you do, they will support and work with you so that your daughter gets the best care she deserves. The only obstacle is whether your insurance will cover everything. Because my condition involved kidney failure and dialysis, I was able to get Social Security and Medicare which covered almost all my medical costs.
I don't know. Probably. I have Medicare and HealthNet. They take that.
