SERGE, the MRI technologist at the West 3rd St location, is the BEST! Thank you, thank you, thank you Mink Radiology ladies & especially Serge. Due to claustrophobia i panicked upon entering the machine and was ready to call it quits. Serge brought me some water, calmed me down, and talked me through the procedure and gave me some tips. Time suddenly flew and i can hardly believe i was in there a whole 20mins. Never will i go anywhere else. Some people, even if you meet them just for one day, really impact your life. Thank you, Serge. I so appreciate your time and kindness!
