This wasn’t my first visit to this place, but this was my first time with a bad experience. The wait time was long due to only walk ins for X-rays, which should be able to make appointments. The young lady at front was telling me that I didn’t have my primary insurance active and needed my secondary one. I cleared that I did have both and we continued on with the long wait. When she took me in she told me again that my insurance isn’t active. Arriving home I spoke to an agent stating my insurance is active. Personally, I think the young lady shouldn’t be able to tell us that our insurance doesn’t work when it obviously does. I was STRESSED for a bit but always check on your own because you really never know.

I was able to snag an earlier appointment since the original one was scheduled for 2:30 without eating or drinking for 10-11 hours which made it very difficult. After calling them they informed me that I had only 5 minutes to get to the facility or it would be given to someone else. I arrived, went through the 15 minute check-in process with people waiting inside and outside with no rhyme or reason which people were going for what procedures/department. There seemed to be no specific waiting lines for the different procedures the facility offered. I got inside and was led to a waiting room where there were 5 people in front of me. This would mean a 2 hour wait with how long the procedure took and as I was going to make additional child care coordination the technician took me in while the other patients were looking at me as they realized they were waiting for other departments and not that I jumped the line. The technician was very professional and got everything done in the allotted time of the scheduled appointment. Recommend to have a manager with a computer tablet with the information of who checked in or who missed an appointment walking between the inside and outside of the room explaining procedures better to the patients to eliminate any confusion.

A very caring and respectful place of business. They explained my procedure and took good care of me and showed great concern. There was no rush and everything was done correctly and in a timely manner and yes all my questions were answered. The office was clean and fresh, plenty of hand sanitizer stations💗.

When I walked into the office, there were people waiting and a sign saying they were short staffed and please be patient. I was happily surprised to be taken into my appointment right on time and the appointment went quickly and smoothly too. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and nice.

Parking is on Sepulveda around the corner you have to enter a garage
