I choose them due to the closeness to the terminals. Departing was no problem as it was 4am. Return was much different 30 minutes from call to pickup with one driver waving joyfully as he drove past without stopping. Not what you want to see after a long return flight. Having lost my printed ticket I asked if when calling in if i needed it The person said you don't need it. Maybe something was lost in translation due to the heavy accent, but you do need the QR code to get out of garage. Its a great location formally run by Quickpark which had much more reliable service. Probably will try another option next time

I use this place a lot as they're well established and have a good reputation. Service - Its not the greatest but good enough for a parking garage spot. Parking - Tight spots and parking garage can get full and you will have to circle around, gotta give yourself time to find parking. Location - Probably the closest lot you can get to LAX besides parking in the actual airport structure. Price - Reasonable and if you use codes even better. Overall good service and will keep using them. Would be nice if they remodel the elevators.

This place completely lacks security. So if you have a low end car you will be fine because they won’t steal parts off of your car. They stole all of my BMW hubcap covers for all of my wheels and they broke my front passenger lock. They charged me $16 late fee because I got there after my reservation time because my delayed flight. I called and the lady tells me all incidents have to be reported and they do not take responsibility. If you are reading this your car has probably been damaged because they don’t have any security in the parking lot as well.

Had a mix-up on my reservation and got double charged. Called and spoke to Victoria, who is the GM. In trying to give her the particulars of the situation, she continually cut me off, only to ask after the fact what I was trying to explain previously. She was obviously busy and just wanted to get off the phone as quickly as possible. She could have cared less about resolving my situation in a manner that made me feel like my business mattered. Beware. They are close to the airport, but fail miserably on the customer service front. And I was dealing with the General Manager/Victoria. Sad...

If you valet park
Do not believe that's possible, but the hotel should have on site parking as far as I know.
This is a public forum..not the company
This is a public forum..they hav e a good website
I don't think so
I don't remember but last time I had valet parking and was very useful . You don't have to drive to all floors to find a free spot.
It is not in and out, every time you go out you have to pay again
The price depends if you use the web site and make a reservation. I used the parking garage two weeks ago, price was just under $90 total for four days. There is a two or three hour fudge factor upon return i.e., you won't be charged for another day if you are two hours past the 24 hour mark. They no longer do valet parking which is a bummer, especially when trying to get to one's terminal.
Not certain I have not participated in this activity
No
Uncovered means your car is in the sun the entire time in an open lot which also means that it is susceptible to the elements if it rains or it's foggy or whatever... Covered means that you are parking in the parking structure and the car is sheltered so it's usually a dollar or two more per day...
Park elsewhere
There are some reserved spots for business. Don't park in them because you might get towed.
Joe's parking shuttle bus --colored in red. Has big lettering on its side. They circle the airport every 10 minutes.
Yes. They have one about every 10 min give or take 5 min. Also there is a car wash available and they will help you with your bags
