Showed up at 11 p.m. to figure out the spot would not work for me moved over tourist spot across the street and there was no solid base trailer was leaning and it bent My Jacks in the back moved into a third location only to figure out it is all dirt and every car that passes brings a dust storm also seems to be a 24-hour tire shop at the end of the road LOL this wasn't quite what I was looking for found a cheaper place down the road cost about the same because you pay for electricity but it is gated with asphalt and concrete swimming pool And real laundromat

First let me say that everyone was very nice at this location there just was not a lot to do there fishing was decent and they had a nice dock. Our site was not the best it was all dirt and not packed down dirt either we have dogs so it became a problem. Our site was not the greatest we had a rundown looked like abandoned RV next to us maybe they were just out of town I don't know on the other side was a utility trailer so our view was not the best. However the full-timers had nice grassy spots we could see across the street. There also was a woman with a leaf blower pretty much the whole time we were there however at night it was very quiet. This would be a great place for people that go into town for the day or going to St Augustine. I believe that there was decent cable channels because husband was not complaining about it.

Stayed here for a few nights in late October and really enjoyed our stay. Good access to beaches within a reasonable drive yet far enough away to not seem touristy (which we like). New owner seems like a really nice guy and all of our neighbors were super nice (park has a lot of long term residents). Sunset views are amazing! We will stay again when in the area!
