New Horizon RV

When you own an RV having a repair/sales place close to you is a big plus. But having one as knowledgeable as New Horizons is Wonderful! I've been pleased with all of the work they've done for me. But last month when I called asking for some aluminum trailer skin for my 2000 travel trailer they didn't have any. I started calling around and nobody had any over 150 Mi radius. I even called 3 junk yards. (Oh a manufactuer in Colorado had some but the shipping was over $200) And just after I had given up Linda called me back and said she'd been searching thru 'backroom stuff' and found me two long pieces! Just enough to do the job! Amazing!! And if she hadn't 'kept looking' it would still be back there and not on my trailer! Thank You Linda and Terry and Staff for the trailer siding and everything else you do!

Called up to find out lf Chinook was 4 sale, she said yes, I asked the price twice she said18900. I said ok got dressed went there as I stood there waiting for her to acknowledge me she kept working on computer. Another women came and asked what I need, I asked for the key to the Chinook. Got keys checked the RV and the engine. Went inside and said l'll take it and have cash. The boss girl told me she sold it just now on the computer. I said what the hell lm right here thats not right. She said sorry I got a deposit. Needless to say I was very upset she sold it to a broker to grease her hands more, she said there is nothing I can do, she lied to me right in my face. Called up the next day to talk to her and she hung up without a comment. I called back and they blocked my number. I would avoid this place and not do business with their underhanded ways.

Wow is all I can say. Called about an RV, went right over as soon as I hung up the phone. Get there look at RV go get keys, start it up, check brakes, go back inside to put down payment and was told they took an out of state credit card deposit over the phone! I mean really?? As I'm looking at it they didn't have the courtesy to let the person on the phone know someone was test driving it?? Money hungry maybe?? Don't seem to me that's how businesses should treat people.

Ive bern doing business with Linda,Terry,Monica and DJ for over 2yrs.thrre is nothing they wont do to try and help you.theyve bailed me out if a jam in repairs several times.they are just awesome people to deal with. Dont have enough word of praise for these guys.
