La Mesa knowingly sold us a defective Winnebago. I bought my RV in august of 2021. I took it in for warranty repairs the first week of January 2022, and it has been there ever since. The RV had plumbing leaks throughout that caused damage to the wood and fascia. I was told it was repaired. When I arrived for my walkthrough there were new leaks new water damage, and the front cap was now leaking. It turns out the service technicians even have a term for these: COVID coaches. These RVs are known to have issues that are difficult to resolve. La Mesa does not care and will sell them to you anyway. The headache is now yours to deal with. Stay away from LA Mesa and stay away from Winnebago.

JEFF SALTON WEASEL ANDREW LAWSON PHOTO BELOW READ YELP AND OTHER REVIEWS, GOOGLE IS MANIPULATED. La Mesa delivered us the wrong RV and now refuses to help or even answer to our calls!!! I have never experienced anything like this. You would think you're dealing with professional, but this company damaged us 160k!!! We are a hard-working couple spending our savings and hard-earned money on these people just to learn that they technically scammed us out of our money... I still can't believe that this is happening... More details are coming! UPDATE Thank you, La Mesa, for the message. I can see this is a common practice from La Mesa PR to further escalate the problems, belittle and bully their costumers if they dare to voice their problem publicly. A simple we're sorry let's fix the problem would have done the trick too... It's been 3 months now since we reported the problem, the issue was noted on a due bill and still no one answers to our calls, not even the costumer relation manager Kristine Gallardo. That was the reason I sent a complaint to BBB and to the Florida Attorney General. And if you want to talk about your business character heres a few to list: -sold a wrong RV either because of ignorance or purposefully -wanted to take it back a few months later 30k less -due bill battery issue 3 months later still not fixed -negative review shadow-banned on google review -accusing costumer lying publicly -corporate giant taking advantage on small ppl like us youtube video coming out soon

Purchased a New Thor RV from LaMesa in Port St Lucie, Fl. Recently we had warranty work accomplished with service above & beyond the call of duty. This was after a year from purchase. Courtesy, communication and the extra step this Dealership employed to get me back on the road that same day did not go unnoticed. Our class B motor home often gets attention from others. We will be sure to include LaMesa service in our discussions for future inquiries. Thank you Port St Lucie!
