This was a safe and adventurous experience! I would definitely go to them again if I were hunting in the area. RT and Wade were personable, professional and super efficient. We got a gator within the first 30 minutes and they still took us on a cool boat tour of the area, spotting plenty of other gators, from huge males basking on the banks to a pod of tiny baby gators. They made this an unforgettable and fun day all around!

God's Country Outfitters is everything you want in an outfitted hunt. Came down to hunt Osceola turkeys and harvested a bird opening morning with my guide Wesley! Wesley was very knowledgeable of the area and had roosted a bird the night before. As typical of most turkey hunts that gobbler decided he wasn’t interested in our set up so we moved on to another property. At that property we struck a bird around 9:45 and by 10:25 am we had him in our laps offering the perfect shot on my first Osceola turkey. This operation is first class and all the guides know what they’re doing. The lodge staff are equally as good with some of the best home cooked meals I’ve had in a long time. If you’re on the fence about coming down to hunt, take my word for it, it’s worth it!!

I highly recommend this outfitter for any species that they offer. This is a top notch operation, with great accommodations. They employee knowledgeable and proficient guides. The entire staff here is friendly and welcoming. The food is excellent. I personally hunted for a turkey, hog, and a gator. I was successful on all of them and that is mainly due to the time and effort that the guides and owners put into the operation. I left feeling thankful for such a wonderful experience and look forward to returning.
