I was very surprised that the location is ideally situated for day trips out to Daytona or st. Augustine. And if you want to head into the central part of Florida again it's well situated. I was super impressed by the hard work that the owners do regularly and they're personal contact with the campers or maybe I should say those that are there because some are there almost every winter. The washroom areas and showers could be improved do they are certainly kept clean and functional. Manny in the camp have fairly large mobiles and use their own facilities. The laundry facilities are as good as I run into in my travels but really the Friendship of the other members in the camp and the extra effort that the owners make... make this a pleasant experience

Very nice campground. Nice view of St Johns River and Lake George.. Lots of grass for dogs to play in. We will come back. City of Palatka nearby for shopping needs.

Nice park, nice people. Very peaceful place. I especially like the concrete patios - cuts down on the sand & dirt that makes it into the camper. There is WiFi but it is so phenomenally slow that loading even a news site page is excruciating - forget about streaming any content. They would also do well to make the cable TV something worthwhile - there are no channels except for the cable company's status channels. Phone reception here is also very bad (not something the park has any control over). My wife was unable to use her phone at all during our stay. All-in-all a pleasant place to stay but don;t plan on being 'well-connected'.

Arrived from Ontario just before New Years and staying for 1 month. This is a great park. Very laid back. Many full time residents and many snow birds. I have met many wonderful people. The monthly rate is very good. The owner lives here and is very involved. I would come back next year.
