Beautiful place to stay and owners are so sweet and love the docks beautiful scenery also park has full hook up they have showers and bathrooms open24/7 laundry mat and owners I can't say enough are caring and always so sweet & helpful they treat you 😊 very good and they all keep everything things so nice and clean good place to stay short term or long term and I have teenagers boys that really like it they like to to fishing on the dock

LOVE HALF SHELL!! very clean, super scenic, management is awesome ( even gave me some rides into town when I needed it) , the showers and laundry were always clean and tidy, couldn't think of a better place to hang out for a while! We'd love to come back again as soon as we have a chance!!

This is a quaint park with lots of trees and beautiful hanging Spanish Moss. The Half Shell is the most quiet park my family has ever visited. We fish right on the St John's River in peace and tranquility. Management is kind and helpful. We will stop in again.

This place is a regular dump! Tried to get them to confirm my reservation and never heard from them. Once I arrived I almost missed the place, Not a place for a class A. Place was filthy, dirty and trailers parked almost on top of each other. They tried to give me a place with only water and electric that was a mud hole and I probably would have sunk out of sight on. Then offered me a place the next day, but that spot would not accommodate my RV. Pictures are not really representative of this place. Narrow road coming into the campground and road through campground was narrow as well. They offered many excuses but there is no excuse for accepting my deposit and then not having my reservation secured. They blamed it on county fair....I say NO EXCUSE....you took my deposit and then ignored my reservation. This place should be black flagged as they certainly do not provide what they are advertising.
