I went by myself for lunch. The staff were all great and the food came out fast. The tempura udon was fantastic, with cabbage, carrots, onions, bean sprouts, pink and white kamaboko, aburaage, and nori on top. You really can't ask for more when it comes to toppings, it was so plentiful. I really liked the selection of vegetables they use for tempura too: onion, carrot, broccoli, sweet potato, and kabocha. Even the last piece was still crispy.

Had to do another review. This one is on accommodation and customer service. The food here is amazing, must clarify that, and a reason my family and friends kept coming back. However, last 2 visits were terrible. Got there around 5:30pm with some friends and the waiter said waiting time was about an hour....which we thought was worth the wait....an hour an forty five minutes later, she comes out and says that they cannot accommodate us and that they take the last order at 7:30 pm...should've come out and told us that sooner....after another 5 min of "chating" they made room and told us we can only have one round to order, we all had the buffet. The waiter was super rude, we just thought she wasn't having a bad day so we didn't pay much attention to it. Food was good, but not enjoyable when they are rushing you to eat and get out. Took the family to celebrate a special occasion. We needed a table for 5, only option, the table at the entrance, where everyone walks next to you and literally can hit your head at any time...I like a corner table, more private, that's just me. So asked for a table near a wall, but they said they couldn't give it because it only had 4 chairs. By the way the place was almost empty, that's why I felt we could ask where we could seat. I suggested we could add another chair, or perhaps add a table if we sat all the way in the back...waiter said, that if she added chair and or table she would need to charge us 20% tip because it would be considered a large group...and she said that the only table available is the one in the front....some guy came to her and told her something and then she said, "fine, we will add another chair to a table"....mmm, 7 min of arguing why I can't seat where I want, plus paying buffet price, plus 20% tip, plus bad customer service....we had to go and sadly decided that it was the last time eating here. Once again will say, food is amazing, but customer service and willing to accommodate to the group and family was terrible...just lost a customer here.
