Place is literally the definition of incompetence. 1st reason: they refuse to cook your wings well done due to a “chicken shortage” yep folks a shortage is the reason why they won’t cook wings well done. Btw 8/10 fries be soggy to the point I feel like I’m eating mashed potatoes…. 2nd reason: unless you goto the bar, ur not gonna get waited on. 3rd reason: staff literally mess up online orders. If you get 20 boneless wings and ask for half hot, half medium, you will get 10 hot, and 10 bbq wings. Yep bbq. at this point I’m never coming back to this location after giving them many chances. Just a waste of money and food is soggy and small portions. the owner of this location should be ashamed of their self for owning a piece of junk with staff that are jokes. Side note most places in Wilson are trash but this is in the ranking of top 3 all time.

I like Renee at the Togo pick up. Edit: Dined in on a Sunday around 3PM. Kira is amazing at her job. She greeted us and told us it was self seating at the time and provided us with menus. Then we thankfully sat at one of her tables. While she wasn't taking care of one of her many tables she was also clearing tables and checking on others at the door. Today was a great experience at BWW thanks to Kira.

Never thought the service could get worse, but it has. Tables in the bar full of dirty dishes, employees sitting at table , on their phones while no one came to our table. Kitchen employee eating McDonald’s on his break at the bar tables, and left McDonald’s bag on table. This location would be the perfect place for Undercover Boss show. Have a regional manager come as a customer and see for themselves how bad it is. TV’s and tables are nice. But service is the worst in Wilson.

I travel around the country for my job, and I go to a lot of BWW. My visit to this one ranks in the bottom 5 all-time. Instead of fries I ordered extra celery which they brought. But it was soggy. Those pieces all have soggy parts that squish into jelly. The wings are the smallest I've ever had. And very dry. I was disappointed and won't be returning to this one. My son and daughter both became physically ill within 5 minutes of eating.
