Called store. Asking if I could pick up tv for a friend. My friend had to travel unexpected, while best buy was closed. The sales representative answered questions very condescendingly and with no moral work ethics.......please contact Chick-fil-A for employee training.

Once I got a sales person to help me, it was a great experience. However, due to the lack of employees, and time to think about the purchase, I changed my mind and didn't purchase a computer. The salesperson was fabulous. She was quite knowledgeable about all computers.

Two girl employees were too busy talking to each other, so we went to search out someone who could help. This man went above and beyond, even led us back to interrupt the girls, who knew exactly where the item we needed was. We'll be back to buy the smart tv we have been looking at, but will def seek out the nice guy who helped us.

Like Wal-Mart, there's way more online then in stores. I honestly think some of it is affiliate marketing so they can get the sale but never warehouse it or shelf it.
Call them and that's another situation they may help but more than likely you're just going to have to take the loss

Hello, I do not work for Best Buy or have any interest in the company. Have you called 1800BestBuy? I know that often the stores have a level of screening before the call actually goes to the store. With it being the holiday season there is a high wait time as well. I called 1800BestBuy earlier this week and it took close to 30 minutes to get someone. I hope that by now you have found a solution to the problem. Just keep in mind that a lot of these systems are automated these days and it is unlikely that whoever you do talk to actually had a hand in the cancelling of your installation order. Those employee are just trying to pay their bills and feed their families, they do not have a hand in how the executives decide to run the company.
If you made the purchase online then you could log back in to see/print proof of purchase!
