Positive: The room was spacious and perfectly accommodated our family. Negative: The room did show signs of wear. The pull out bed was broken but we were still able to use it.

This place BARELY squeeked a 3rd star out of me. Online pics look great BUT Upon walking in youre confronted with dingy sofas and dirty lobby. Even behind the counter was in disarray....INCLUDING the employees. The IHG posted sign promising clean conditions read like a mean joke. As we walked down the stinky hall with filthy bleached stained carpet and rode the crusty sticky elevator to the next floor, the stench worsened. I looked at my husband and he knew I was not about to stay here. We opened the door to our room and to our extreme surprise, the room was in excellent condition. Dated- yes. But clean. Very clean. I mean, baseboards, floors, walls, fridge- all immaculate. I inspected the mattress, behind the bed & side table- no dust....all clean. Sheets were fresh and perfectly white. No bugs either. We were tired and it was late so we stayed. With that being said I would never return because who knows what the next room would look like and I did over hear that one guest was switching rooms because of the condition of her room was filthy.

Positive: The rooms were very clean and I liked we had a fridge and stove dishwasher and disposal.The elevator was very slow and dirty.Beds we¿re very clean and towels were big and there were a lot of them.All in all a 6 out of 10 very convenient to downtown. Negative: Elevator slow, and dirty and old.

Positive: Staff was amazing!!! She got us in early and was awesome!!! We highly recommend this hotel as it is convenient and very accommodating!!! Staff is great and even has free laundry facility!
