Positive: It seemed clean Negative: Very old and dated. Looked like someone punched a hole in the bathroom door. The chain lock on the front door was broken. The bathroom floor had holes in it and looked unfinished. It definitely needs updating.

I have never seen a place so nasty in my life. Bathroom dirty never been cleaned. Hair and dirt from previous guest everywhere. The staff are rude and lie. They said that the price would be 234 dollars for two days per room. I had two rooms they charged extra 100 dollars for deposit and then tried to say my husband and I had wrong price and it would be 785 for two rooms only 2 days. When we showed the manager the information that we received from them they changed the total amount to 568 for 2 rooms. Still waiting on deposit. They gave us one towel, two hand towels and no rags cause they were out of everything. Nothing was clean had to wear flip flops just to wash tub has never been cleaned. I don't advice anyone to stay there. It needs to be torn down and burned up. Before someone gets an infection.

Upon check In @ 1:30am after hours of driving we checked the beds for bed bugs and immediately returned to the front desk to get a refund and leave. The worst part was they did not seem too surprised when we told them we could not stay because we saw bed bugs. At least the lady at the desk was very nice about it. When she called her manager and told her that I found bed bugs when unzipping the box spring cover, her response was, “why did she unzip the cover”. I really do t think it is going to be taken care of.

The stay was relatively uneventful. But it was the overall fraud that made my experience with this hotel the worst nightmare of my life. They charged me $50 deposit on 02/15 and claimed to have refunded it after I checked out on 02/16. Six days later the refund is still not in my account. Called them up on 02/22 and spoke with a lady who was very condescending, talked down, and hung up on me. I called my bank afterwards which said that they don't see any refund on their system coming from Days Inn Wilson. Bank asked me to liaise again with merchant again. For a quick overnight stay at this hotel on my way to FL, I have to go back and forth between Days Inn Wilson and my bank because Days Inn Wilson is a fraudster scumbag through and through in the business of swindling their customer's hard earned money. These people should be put out of business—and you should never ever stay here. The deceit and cheating is astounding—and you don't want to be the next casualty. Read that again.
