I wish I could leave zero stars! After having an issue (regarding conflicting communication about the wait time when we called vs. when we arrived) I thought to be worth bringing to the attention of the manager, I attempted to let him know..... let me just say that it was immediately clear that poor leadership was a MAJOR factor at this location. What was already moderately bad service that could have been corrected by some communication training, now became a nightmare. Throughout the entire time I spoke to him, the manager consistently attempted to speak over me and interrupt me. In addition, it was not lost on me that as I was speaking, the host was in my peripheral shaking his head and mumbling. To say that this was a poor experience would be a borderline compliment, and simply would not do justice to what just occurred. I have had plenty of wonderful experiences at plenty of Denny's locations, but this location tragically misses the mark. The worst part of this experience was that the manager made no attempt to rectify the situation or even listen to what had occurred. It was clear that he was listening to respond. I did not ask for an apology or discount. Our minds were already made up to leave. I simply had hoped to share my experience with leadership in an attempt to prevent future issues such as this with their employees, yet I was met with arrogance and disrespect. What my party of 16 did walk away with, however, was a clear understanding of where NOT to patronize for our future gatherings, and for that I am absolutely thankful.

Good food and fast service, but it's hard to screw up breakfast. Not a big Dennys fan and wouldn't eat here for other meals. If you haven't been here since the pandemic, their menu has been cut way back, but that has happened a many other restaurants.

This Dennis location is extremely low class. They need some better cooks, because the food is horrible. My breakfast was super nasty and expensive. I deserve my money back. The servers work there butts off but the cooks are lazy and incompetent. I blame the Dennis corporation because they need to pay people a salary so better service can be produced. Dennis you need to review this Dennis and pay your employees a salary with benefits.
