My family stays at this hotel overnight every time we travel to Florida from Philadelphia and back. The rooms and bathrooms are always very clean! (this is very important for our family) The room has very comfortable queen beds (which is very rare if it is not an expensive hotel). The staff is very welcoming and friendly! Here you can immediately see that the owner of the hotel takes care of all the little things, which means that he is a respectable and responsible person! And we were lucky to meet him during our last stop here on 07/04. Mark is a very polite and pleasant person, as well as his daughter Katie and wife Marykate, whom we had met before. They are very nice family that really cares about their hotel! We wish them more guests! We will definitely stay at this hotel on our next trips!

I have been staying there every other month for a few years now, my overnight stop to and from Florida. I feel at home when I'm there, I always feel safe, the rooms could use updating but they are clean and the beds are comfortable. All the staff are friendly especially Mary Kate on the night shift, she always make me feel welcome. This has been and will continue to be my overnight stop.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Mary Kate at the front desk was super sweet and helpful. The room was clean with hot water, plenty of towels, and beds were comfy. The area around the hotel was clean and our dog had lots of room to walk. This review is honest and we would stay there again.

If the cost to stay here had been less, I might have given it two stars. The accommodations were pretty bad for the $140 I spent for my one night stay. I was travelling with my small, bathed-the-day-before dog (thank you for accommodating her) so there was a $10 pet fee which was completely reasonable. I just can't see how they charge $130 for the dumpy room though. I had Clorox wipes in my car and I had to go back outside for them before I set anything down in the room. This was because the desk had a sticky substance all over it, and the nightstand did as well. I cleaned the other surfaces just in case. The rug was torn up in areas, and the sheets on one of the bed were stained so I slept in the other. Back to the rug though, it was so filthy that I didn't even want to put the clean dog bed down, much less walk on it. It was really gross. I used the bath towels to make a path so I wouldn't get my feet dirty. The chemical smell in the room made it hard to breathe. They must have sprayed some disinfectant to give the appearance of having been taken care of. There were heavy rains the next morning, and the hotel lacked a carport outside the front door, so I got soaked brining my bags out to the car. Breakfast was uninspiring to say the least. I took a black coffee to go. When I helped myself to some ice, my bag slipped, and when I picked it up it was COVERED in black mold. No ice for me. I was too tired to complain to the front desk because I had driven for 10 hours. The woman who was working was very nice at check-in, but I doubt that she could have fixed any of these issues. While I was waiting to check in there was another guest behind me who was clearly unhappy with her room as well. Overall, I probably could have tolerated some of these low quality features had the price matched the accommodations. I left feeling dirty and completely ripped off. Won't be back.

It's a really small establishment even though it's a chain, I would think it's for security reasons. It's a major stopping point for ppl driving to/from Florida/N.Y. so there's a lot of turnover at that small exit, I would guess they would take your cash if you call ahead, but they might need a card to hold the room, every place I've ever stayed require one for damages/security purposes
