My first experience at Wayback Burgers was enjoyable. My family and I dined here on a Friday evening. Upon entering I noticed that the place was clean and tables seemed wiped down. The lady that took our order was very friendly. She also checked on us throughout our meal to ask if everything was OK and I appreciated that. She also asked other patrons the same and did a great job being observant and present; her customer service was A1. Our order was brought to our table by one of the friendly cook's and our order was accurate. I like the taste of their cooked to order burgers and fries, my son and boyfriend does as well. It was not overly busy but it was steady and thankfully we didn't have to wait too long before our order of 3 combos were ready. We were given a coupon to use on our next visit which I fully intend on using because we will be back to visit this location. The burger was very juicy and the cheddar cheese was melted perfectly!! This place has outstanding hamburgers and the french fries were also fried to perfection. It was reasonably priced considering it's not a fast food restaurant.

Today the staff was so helpful and attentive!!! At the register Katherine was so sweet and patient as I changed my order twice to just decide what I wanted! Then when they ran out of one sauce, the staff brought out all the spicy sauces they had when I asked if I could do a sauce flight of spicy sauces!!! So fun!!!It's always great to hear about our wonderful team, Saydee! Great service, amazing people - that's what it's all about. Until next time!
