Worst Arby's EVER!!! For starters, the staff was extremely rude, manager included. They didn't want to honor the coupon we gave them. Finally they did. We asked for Arby's sauce and Horsey sauce, which we did not get. We asked for ranch for the mozzarella sticks and got attitude because we didn't order chicken tenders! I ordered a cup of cheese for my fries, which they threw in the bag upside down. We leave to find they didn't give us straws or napkins. The fries were cold, soggy, and grease soaked and the beef on my roast beef was all dried out as if the sandwich was made hours ago. If I could give zero stars i would. Don't waste your money!!

It’s my fault I keep going back, not often but too often, say every 4 months or so. Walked inside, ordered and waited a very long time for a sandwich that didn’t have to be cooked; I ordered a chicken salad sandwich. I blame myself for not checking before I left but I got a plain roast beef sandwich, which I found when I got home. This has happened before and I live pretty far away not to drive back and get I fixed. I am not surprise the parking lot is always empty. Todd Wilson, NC

The rude person in the drive thru was talking about my loud car. How rude I didn't appreciate one bit. She should have made sure my food was hot instead of talking about my car. My beef and cheddar was cold and sorry. It will a long time before I go back if I go back. My car may be loud but it's getting me back and forth. It carried me to a restaurant that gave me cold food and sorry Service. I should have went somewhere else.

Went through the drive through, had to wait for my order, when it finally came Brittney brought the order out and I told her she forgot my drink, she told me to either drive around or go in because she wasn't coming back out. She was so Rude. .
