Customer service here SUCKS. Guy couldn’t even bother to walk us to where we needed help. Just kept pointing to the area. & the girl gave my boyfriend a snotty look when we complained about the service. It’s your JOB to help customers; not to stand around all day in a box. Get over yourself. Definitely will not come back here.

1 star for the nice clean organized store 1 star for the selection Maybe there is a shortage of assiciates due to the current economic climate, i can understand that. Cant give anymore, from this visit, the reason we goto a brick and mortar in this day and age over the internet is for the customer service and ability to get help and questions answered from a knowledgeable person. In this case there was no one around and I mean no one, i circled around about 3 times looking for an associate but was unable to find one, reminded me a lot of being at home depot and lowes. Felt like I completely wasted my time going out of my way to "shop" there. Walked out with nothing, and ended up placing an order on amazon, shoulda just done that in the first place, if i want to shop and not have any questions answered that is what the internet is for i guess

I've had some great experiences shopping at this store, one of the few places I as a retail worker myself and willing to shop at because the experience is genuinely enjoyable. Today was particularly wonderful as there's a kind gentleman by the name of Jason who has helped me so patiently with my needs for very nice knives several times over the years. I highly recommend coming to this store SPECIFICALLY to see Jason, he more than deserves your business. Also, this is my gun store of choice by far, and have been very pleased with my purchases in that department too.

I love this place!. We live over 60 miles away. Whenever we are in the North Division area, we stop in and browse. I've bought firearms, fishing, outdoor clothing, knives, boots, bbq gear and countless other stuff over the years here.

I'm not sure about Sportsman's Warehouse, but Sharpshooters gunstore & indoor firing range at 1200 N Freya does. They did both of my rifles. They will tell you though to still take your rifle to the outdoor range and fine tune your sights.
