Great pond supply store with proficient knowledgeable and helpful staff. Very kind of them to stay a bit longer after closing, we snagged a beautiful aqua plant (forgot the name 🤦🏻♀️) and it is flourishing in our pond in just two weeks after we purchased!

I recently purchased a few tosai koi (4 of them) from Mystic koi online. They were great initially texting some pics for me to select from. Subsequently the service went downhill. My fish arrived last week, one was stressed out and later the next day sadly it died and one was a different fish than I chose. I texted them a pic of the fish that died; received no response. Though I don’t expect a replacement or refund, an acknowledgment from Mystic would have been nice. A little disappointed.

One of my monthly places to go to. I love to see all their new shipments of koi. If I had a huge pond I would definitely buy then what I usually do. The staff is always do friendly and knowledgeable. And their quality of koi ship is also one of the best
