I see you tried to remove my review of your inferior items with photographic proof and screenshots of the messages exposing your chat agents inability to speak English nor solve the problem..why did you allow me to put an item in my online cart marked to a clearance price that I was later informed you had run out of stock on several days prior.. So I called your customer service in an attempt to cancel and be refunded for your out of stock item that "would possibly be back in stock in August" and was charged three additional times for the saute pan that is clearly out of stock.. So you charged me 4 times for an item I never received because you had none available. I called your customer service again to re explain the situation in its entirety. I actually got someone who spoke English that time. All 4 charges were removed but I had another charge placed for a delivery charge... Sorry but my order qualified for free delivery even with the coupon I used. I was obviously not aware that the saute pan was out of stock seeing as how I was able to order and pay you for it... This is why I always use a credit card...insurance. My credit card company cancelled your fraudulent shipping charge that was added 2 weeks after the purchase. Some advice: Stop taking advantage of people, its bad for business.

I made this email specifically to leave this review because people deserve to know: I have no issues with the company itself as their customer support has really tried to get this store to act right and take responsibility but there is no excuse for a manager and her associates to be as mean and as rude as they have been. I was really surprised at how rude the manager here was about simply asking for information on a product. I asked for a simple apology and while I had a voicemail left asking about “your incident” from an unrelated person I never received a simple “I’m sorry” from anyone at this store. Even the District Manager left me a voicemail saying this store had seriously dropped the ball and gave me a horrible experience and still no apology.
