We LOVE starlight meadow! Jeremy and his staff were absolutely incredible to my husband and I during our whole wedding planning and replanning process. The location, barn and areas for ceremonies are so beautiful! But that’s just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to having an event. My husband and I toured starlight meadow first and the owner, Jeremy, blew us away! He was so detail oriented and helpful! We were set to visit other venues later that day and after visiting one more, we canceled the rest and signed a contract with starlight meadow. The places nearby have nothing on starlight meadow, Jeremy and his staff!! I had a vendor who was difficult to work with and unresponsive when I tried to contact him during the planning period. When Jeremy heard this he took it into his own hands and helped me communicate with the vendor. Day of, the same vendor was late and we weren’t sure if he would even show up, starlight meadow staff swiftly and gracefully took over the situation and had a vendor with the same service on standby for us! They even went to their house to get a cord that the same vendor forgot which made the whole service work! My husband and I were scheduled to get married in 2020 and when the pandemic hit, our plans were obviously rearranged. Jeremy worked with us to find a new date immediately using the same deposit and even offered to let us use the space when we had our official micro ceremony in 2020 (if it wasn’t being utilized). These people are amazing, this venue is beautiful and this was possibly the best decision we made when planning our wedding! We love you starlight meadow staff!!!!

I used Starlight Meadow for my November 2021 wedding and cannot thank them more. Every guest was impressed with the staff and how friendly they were, helpful with transportation, and my family cannot stop raving about how awesome and funny all of the venue staff were. Jeremy did amazing work to ensure that we had a great party and got to enjoy our day together. He was so helpful in responding to my emails and helping me make decisions during our layout meeting and the many visits ahead of the wedding. His hotels, vendors, and caterers were spot on and so helpful. We had the perfect wedding because of Starlight Meadow!

Starlight Meadow was everything we'd dreamed of and more!! Jeremy was AWESOME and helped us with everything the entire year and a half of planning! We even had a little snaffu with an outside vendor and he stepped in and fixed everything for us just days out from the wedding! His suggestions for catering and the horse carriage and florals were all perfect and we couldn't be happier! It was an amazing experience and on the day of everyone was super kind and helpful! It was a perfect day and we couldn't have done it without Jeremy and all his help!

The most fantastic event venue in North Carolina!! Not only are the surroundings spectacular, but the staff are professional, accommodating, and do what they can to make the event a success. We chose Starlight to host my son and daughter-in-law's rehearsal dinner. Jeremy was informative, patient, and offered great suggestions on how to make the event a success. At Starlight, the quoted price is the price you pay--a true breath of fresh air in a wedding industry rife with hidden costs. The rustic barn had everything we needed--space for the caterer, space for dinner, space for cocktails, space to play or relax. We had the option to dress it up or down and own the look and atmosphere we wanted to create. Surrounded by gorgeous farmlands and big blue skies, a few simple lights gave us exactly the peaceful, festive vibe we wanted.
