Wife and I ordered the same big double with the exception wife wanted onion. I they had my order right but my wife's was reduced to a single. The next time we ordered from there my order was 2 hotdogs with chili cheese and onions, the chili tasted burnt.

I had stopped going to Cook Out because they seem to get my order WRONG EVERYTIME! I paid for two orders of nuggets and got 1 order of nuggets and 1 hush puppies. I could see why someone made the mistake though, they look the same because the nuggets were hard and old. I requested NO Mayo and of course I get Mayo. Say no cheese we get cheese. So because of the long lines that move very slow you are stuck in line again returning your food to get the correct order. That comes with an attitude like it was my fault that it was incorrect!
