I was there for three hours on a Sunday. I called in said I needed a tire patched up he told me I would be in and out. I arrived 10 minutes later to be informed it would be a single hour before they did it. That's fine ... but then three hours later they come up and say they can't do it at all... time wasted when I was told I would be in and out

Went and got a new A/C compressor, within six months it was broken after spending thousands. Took it back to Firestone they fixed it because of a faulty compressor from the manufacturer. Now, it's broken again three months later and I have to wait three days for another appointment for them to charge me more to fix a mistake for the third time. Do not recommend. Thousands of dollars and NO A/C in 95 degree weather after dealing with this headache.

Went by this morning to get air put in my tires before driving to Raleigh and the Technician was so kind, made sure all my tires had the correct pounds and put my mind at ease for my hour long drive. THANK YOU!

Simply unacceptable. With the used car market being as chaotic as it is right now, pre-purchase inspections have never been as important or as warranted as they are nowadays. This location dropped the ball in a major way. They signed off on brakes/wheels/sensors that were all needing replacing. This took making an informed buying decision completely out of my hands. And even worse they weren’t willing to own any of their mistakes. Even after acknowledging that these mistakes were unacceptable, they weren’t willing to do anything to fix them. All after reassuring how thorough a job they would do and that they weren’t busy at all. So at least they also took any excuse off the table out of the gate as well. What a joke. It’s a shame it had to be a $10,000 joke. Do yourself a favor and take your car literally anywhere else. Also zero stars seems to not be an option but the one star isn’t earned.

It seems to be pretty safe they do require a mask and all their employees were wearing masks when I had service done but there were some people in the waiting room that did not have masks on and nobody told them to put a mask on. I ended up waiting outside the whole time to be safe.
I have only had oil changes done and have not encountered that during the week. I have been there on Saturday. They were short a mechanic and it did take twice as long. I will only go Monday thru Friday and only by appt.
It cost me $30 for 1 monitor tpms.
