I am a HUGE FAN OF THE BARREL. I HAD ORDER DOOR DASH FOR BKFST AS I AM DISABLED RIGHT NOW. I ORDERED UNCLE HERSHEL, BACON ON SIDE AS IT WASNT OPTION, HASHBROWN CASSEROLE, PEACH COBBLER FOR LATER AT SUPPER AND SOME BEIGNETS , OJ AND 2 COFFEES. OK SO RIGHT AWAY I NOTED PORTIONS HALF WHAT IM USED TO GETTING. MAYBE TBL OF HASHBROWN, GRITS CUP ONLY THIRD FULL, COBBLER SHOWN IN PIC IM USED TO FOR YEARS GETTING THE OVAL BLACK CONTAINER WITH CLEAR COVER AND AT LEAST A GOOD SCOOP OF ICE CREAM. THE PRICES GO UP AND PORTIONS GO DOWN?? NEVER EXPECTED THIS FROM CRACKER BARREL . EVERYTHING WAS STONE COLD YES ICE STONE COLD. I know u say it's door dash but I ordered middle of night. My app said ready 0835 till 0900. The dasher was there at 0835 and got to me at 0845. I think they made way ahead but no one will agree. So so sad the quality has diminished so. Even coffee sealed in insulated cups tasted cold as if brewed day before.

Had the best meal I have had since the pandemic hit in 2020 at this location. Food fresh, hot, and delicious. Our server Kelsey was on top of all our needs. Clayton the hostess was the absolute joy of our visit. 78 years young and and can work circles around anyone there.

I purchased a Kid's chicken tender meal today, and it was TERRIBLE. The chicken batter was AWFUL, and the french fries tasted like they were placed in a batter not a "salt like seasoning". I called and spoke with Manager, Daniel, and he could CARELESS. He was ALOOF to say the least!!! I should've gone with the Hamburger Steak like always!!!
