Unbelievably bad. We had Lasagna tonight or what appeared to be lasagna. It was mostly ground beef mush with a trace of noodle and bland sauce. It looked like shepards pie when they brought it out. NO ricotta cheese. How can you claim to be an Italian restuarant and not know what lasagna looks or tastes like? We have also had pizza and chicken alfredo from here. Not bad but not great. The wait staff are very nice. The bread they serve with the meal is actually very good. However there is no consistency and I doubt the cook actually tastes the food. The dining room looks like a truck stop. I expect this from chain restuarants these days but this was disappointing. Oh - update - they are charging a 3.25% fee to use a credit card - and not disclosing this until the receipt is printed. Unbelievable!!

By far the best italian food in Burlington. The Sicilian pizza is awesome. The spinach ravioli is also great. Can't go wrong with anything from here.

If i could give it zero stars i would. I go to walk into the restaurant and a huge metal “pickup only” sign falls on top of me. At this point i’m upset of course so i go in and let them know that the sign fell on top of me and i get told “ umm okay” I can go get the manager for you but manager was never brought out. Then i get told oh it blows down all the time cause of the wind. You would think that they would pull the sign in on rainy/windy days just as a precaution but unfortunately i was the victim today when the sign fell on top of me. I just felt like more could have been done. I would love if someone could reach out i would even take an apology

My husband and I ordered her for the 1st time on Saturday because of referrals as we are new to the area. So we were excited. We ordered our food (manicottis and some fancy pizza) got the food home and my salad was missing and while he was on the phone I opened the pizza box and it was 2 slices of cheese. So the girl asked if we could bring the food back and for the inconvenience they’d give us a gift card and remake our food. So my husband goes inside and they still made the pizza wrong. So it resulted in redoing the pizza again by putting the toppings on putting it back in the oven and never got a gift card . In other words we won’t come here again. The food was okay but not worth another trip.

I really don't know where you're gathering your information from but for your information we don't keep any of the tips which are equally redistribute to all the waiter/waitress personnel which are making $12/hr. We actually pay extra (on top of what they make in tips since we pay $3/hr while other restaurant $2.13/hr) to guarantee them the $12/hr since in this time and day for our waiter personnel the average hourly pay is below $9/hr. Our business is now 80%-90% take out. On the other hand you didn't wait table during a pandemic, neither you owned a restaurant in such hard time! All of our wait staff is happy an grateful to be able to bring home a guaranteed salary without having to abuse the system leaving the resources to people who really need them. No like the people we had to report due to the fact that they refused our job offer because they were collecting unemployment benefits. Or the one had to be fired because they spread the same untruth allegation.
