If this is a roof replacement or a repair, we will request a picture or video of the leak and dispatch a team immediately to find the source and cause of the leak. If the cause of the leak is in the area of the roof we repaired or replaced AND the fault is ours, we will fix it immediately. In the case that the leak is due to outside factors (can be AC unit on the roof, window, cracked in wall, etc) we will refer you to a company that we trust to take care of that issue and it will be subject to a service call fee.
