Dishwasher was broken for about a year. No one came to fix it. They claimed it was a transition with maintenance but whenever we asked for an update that’s all they told us was that they were going thru a transition. They were always quick to put a letter on our door when it came to inspection but we never heard back when it came to something in the unit being fixed. I had a light switch that wasn’t working in my unit and my light bill was run up because of it. I told them about it and they never fixed it. They presented a new app to communicate with the residents but that never helped anything because requests were never fulfilled. They would say it would be whenever maintenance had time but Maintenance always had time to stop and have conversation with certain residents they decided to give time of day to. This complex is just run so poorly. So glad we found a better location.

I am waiting to see if I become part of the cutler Hammock family. Process does seem a bit slow but I could understand due to the pandemic everything has change things up a bit. Working with Marielys currently but will keep you posted on the ongoing experience.

unhandycaped parking people at the handycap without a handycap tag. all is allowed. people make their own tarrace out of cement,(city code violation in the mayor) maintenance is not good unless you know the the office staff personally. (favortism) very hoodish. specially at the rear of the building. laundry machine are never working well. elements from the west side of the turnpike come and us the pool and laundry machines.leaving residents with no way of using the laundrymat.Homeless people come and sleep inside the mat. (security issue) There is no Gym to use. is all for looks.Anyone can move here. Full Hood by 2022.Finally took my Famy to a new and private house. the difference .
