Don’t bother making an appointment because you will still have to wait. Made appointment for 6:00pm. Arrived at 6:00pm. After three hours of waiting I left at 9:00pm. If you have time to waste, this is the place for you.

They shouldn’t even get 1 star. I arrived to this location in cutler bay 07/20/2022. I told them I needed a physical done for my two kids and all they did was have an attitude and yell at me saying that I was missing papers. I kept explaining to them that the only paper I received from where my kids are supposed to play was the one I had on hand and they didn’t assist me. The two ladies were not helpful. DO NOT RECOMMEND

The staff is so pleasant here. The front staff is awesome too made us feel so welcome like we were at home. Nice atmosphere 🙂

I suggest anyone pre register online a few minutes before coming in to speed up things. Ana (RN) along with all staff were friendly and attentive to my needs. This location is clean, quiet, and staff is amazing.
