Terrible service, bunch of kids who don't take their job seriously (ignoring customers standing at the counter waiting to order and flirting with each other). Started to get busy, another employee came out and actually starting getting things moving. The flavor of ice-cream my son chose was practically melted and was asked if he would like something else. I ordered a waffle cone, it was not fresh. Very stale and bendy. The flavor I chose was bland and didn't taste at all like the flavor it was supposed to be. Ended up eating a few bites, and just threw it away. Waste of money.

Bad staffs n services .. and table is very nasty, the customer services and manager are very rude, they don’t clean the table n they expect u to fix each chair . my family and I never coming here again. four time we passed by and they never have shakes after 4pm. To me it looks like they don’t want to clean the blender. The manager saw me complaining and walked out right away. Horrible place. Hope next time they change location , they will close completely or fire all the staffs including that manager (which doesn’t even look like one). Don’t go there!! Either u will be upset or u will get treat it horrible ….

Wow I loved the ice cream I tried, Banana Caramel Crunch. It's like eating a banana split but the flavors merged. I ordered a medium waffle size and the truth is that it filled me up. They have a variety of flavors which blend and add a topping or dressing of your choice, or you can choose something from their list of creations. There are no problems parking, since there are many stalls in the place where the premises are.

DO NOT GO TO THAT ICE CREAM SHOP!!! STEAL ME!! MONEY!! AND THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE CALL!!! IN THAT ICE CREAM SHOP, THE MANAGER NOR THE OWNER DOESN'T SHOW UP. THOSE WHO WORK ON FRIDAY NIGHT WHEN PUTTING THE DEBIT CARD THEY TELL YOU PUT THE PASSWORD AND IT IS A DECEPTION FOR YOU TO LEAVE HIGH TIPS!!! AND THEN WHEN THEY SEE THE ERROR THEY DO NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY...MY PAYMENT FOR 2 ICE CREAM WAS $14 AND THEY STOLEN $80 FROM MY CARD ISSUING THAT THEY WERE GOING TO REFUND IT AND THEY NEVER DID IT...THE Manager does not show his face and does not They answer the phone....Honestly, I will have to go to the police so that they learn to be serious with the families, fathers, mothers and children who go there. THE GREAT LATINO COMMUNITY OF CUTLER BAY THAT MAINTAINS THAT ICE CREAM SHOP!!! BUYING THEM ICE CREAM, I ASK YOU TO BELIEVE IN MY BAD EXPERIENCE!!! BE CAREFUL WHEN PAYING!!! AND ALSO THEY ARE NOT CLEAN WHEN PREPARING ICE CREAM FOR CHILDREN THEY DON'T WEAR GLOVES...EYE COMMUNITY!!! The employees of that place are inexperienced people, they don't make ice cream well and there is no one who speaks Spanish....No one!!! ! And we are in MIAMI...DON'T GO TO THAT ICE CREAM SHOP!!
