Pacific Sales is now owned by Best Buy. I don't give them less stars for that it's just for informational purposes. Pacific Sales has a very good selection of middle of the road and high-end kitchen and some bathroom fixtures or appliances. Both of the different sales people that we have met with have been knowledgeable and helpful with our selection. Currently as of August 2022 as I write this review, manufacturers are way behind. Getting some of the appliances that we prefer will still take up to 6 months. That's if we are lucky. Some of the other high-end appliances that we were considering may not be available for a couple of years. Not the fault of Pacific Sales but still a factor. We would recommend Pacific Sales to anyone considering to buy new appliances for their home. For lower end or middle of the road appliances you might consider Best Buy.

I've only worked with one sales rep here (Xylina), but I've ordered a LOT of appliances in my time. Xylina is the BEST by far, and is thorough, easy to work with, and extremely detailed. I would never go anywhere else solely because of being able to work with Xylina. That said, the delivery and install team I had w/Pacific Sales on my first order last year was exceptional (I'd say probably the best appliance delivery & install team I've seen).

We recently purchased a KitchenAid dishwasher from Pacific Sales. Our sales associate was Xylina and she was very knowledgeable. Xylina was very helpful especially given the current appliance shortage in helping us find a dishwasher that was available and met our needs. We will definitely return to Pacific Sales and Xylina for future appliance needs.

Recently bought my Whirlpool refrigerator only thing that I can say negative is that particular model was not a model to be delivered to my house, they told me it was a Covid related issue because of lack of delivery drivers. I guess the more expensive refrigerators qualified underneath the "free delivery" Major disappointment.
