Extremely poor customer service, they never answer the phone when you call to inquire about your order. They don't follow up with customers, the manager Marell is a coward she abandoned her staff to deal with upset /unsatisfied customers. This store don't even deserve half star.This store need proper management.

Went there to get embroidery logo put on 7 shirts I bought from elsewhere, they collected in full for the job, also the price went from $5 to $15 per shirt. They told me the shirts would be ready within 2 weeks and that I would get a text message or phone call when they are ready. 3 weeks passed and I didn't hear from them so I stopped by anyway, only to find out the shirts were never touched since I dropped them off there. They made excuses after excuses and they couldn't even find my shirts. Very disorganized and unprofessional, they must be under new management or new ownership because before it was never this bad!!

Dont go get any embroidery items done there. Manager made a big mistake on my shirts. And she told me i am human. Now im stuck with a shirt i cant wear. They have you sign a paper but they tell you if they damage you items they are not responsible.

The staff is always sweet, and they get 5 stars from me, however, this company does not have necessary items in stock. I'm still waiting for a delivery from months ago, my child won't be able to fit the clothes when (if!!) they ever arrive! I'm attempting to get a refund since I never received the items and was able to get what I needed elsewhere.
