Super fun for kids of all sizes! Not quite five stars, as we did have a few issues with the free snacks for the kids. We had to make the line for food (which can get extremely long with only one cashier working the orders) because we were not provided a card we needed to claim the free snacks. This was our first time visiting and we got the platinum passes, but the staff at the front didn’t seem knowledgeable about them. We even had to fill out the application online, after having made the line at the front, and then the lady wanted to charge us for the socks which come free with the membership. A bit more training of the staff couldn’t my hurt, to know more about the different plans available and their perks. Our kids loved the place however, so we will be returning often. Bring hand sanitizer, everything is very dirty and after spending about 4 hours there, we never saw anyone cleaning or sanitizing any of the areas, not even the food areas.

Kids do have fun but there is trash everywhere, bathrooms are dirty, employees aren't paying attention, sitting on the back counter of the registers while on their phones and using the ramp handles to do push ups. Completely unprofessional. The concession stand closed at 7pm when the place is open until 8pm. Not a good experience when I spent $87 for 3 kids to play and another $7 for 3 bottles of water.

A friend of mine told me about this place although they hadn't been so I took a chance and visited. Check in was easy but my transaction at the counter to redeem my online ticket purchase didn't go as smooth. The facility is large and spacious, there is lots to do and the staff was very friendly and attentive. There are lockers for rent that are reasonably priced. The pizza was good and affordable. The bathrooms are clean and trash receptacles in the dining areas could be more tidy. Overall my family enjoyed ourselves and it was a good daytime activity to burn off energy while staying indoors.

I really try my absolute hardest to not leave negative reviews, but after having spent time at what I would call one of the most poorly managed establishments I’ve ever been to, I felt the need to express my feedback. My eight-year-old son has been asking to come to this place for a long time. I’ve been hesitant because of the many negative reviews I’ve read, not to mention these types of places are just not generally my thing. I figured if we got there as soon as it opened, we would probably have the best experience. While we were able to enjoy a lack of crowd for about an hour to an hour and a half before total chaos ensued, we still were pretty disappointed in the overall experience. We paid for two of the most expensive, premium passes so that both my son and I could take advantage of everything they had to offer. This turned out to be a waste of money considering nearly all of their premium attractions were not open due to lack of staffing. This should have been mentioned when we purchased these passes. I eventually was able to get the zip line attraction and the rock climbing to open after talking to some staff members, all who seemed to be avoiding doing any sort of work and absolutely miserable in their jobs. At one point, I witnessed many of the staff members congregating in one area chatting away while children were controlling the wipe out machine by themselves. I let the staff know of this before someone got hurt. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen! Nobody asked my son and I to sign a waiver so God forbid something happened to one of us, they would have been totally screwed. It could be a great place if it was properly cleaned and managed by staff that didn’t consist of a bunch of teenagers and very young adults who clearly don’t want to be there. We, however, will not be returning.

I paid $37 platinum, $29 ultimate depends on the activities you choose and child. You also have to purchase socks $3 with rubber on the bottom. My guess to protect the kids from sliding on certain surfaces.

This place is a campground for covid 19. Went and there's no cleaning process. Its over populated and poorly managed. No one cleans anything. Food is stale. No one cleans the tables or equipment. Masks are not mandatory

I've been there twice this month and everything was A1. At the front door they have hand sanitizer and face mask. Hand sanitizer stations all throughout the building and they have worker sanitizing everything and I plan on going back
