Easton provided top notch customer service and ensures that the vehicle we purchased was not only a good fit for my height and family, but also ensured that the numbers fit my family budget that matters especially with inflation. Easton took his time and showed me and my husband around the car lot explaining all of the features to the different cars. Easton was will knowledgeable about the different cars on the lot. Easton was not a shark. Easton values customers and cares. My family didn't feel sold to. After we selected the car and purchase our vehicle, Easton got me setup with my car electronically hooking things up for me and provided detailed information of the various features of the Car. I love my vehicle and the fact the I got Everything I wanted. My Car is brand new and fits my budget! I can still drive newness and live good 😊🙏👏

Had a very pleasant experience, with the staff at Rick Case Hyundai. Ocean helped me through the entire process of me selecting my SUV, he made me feel comfortable with my decision, being patient and answering all of my questions. I also connected with Orlando who did a great job in making me feel at ease with such a big financial decision. The other staff members: salesmen, managers behind the desk, the mechanics walking along the showroom, were also nice and helpful. It was just such a class A customer experience, seeing every worker willingness to go the extra mile to help you even when least expected, especially after I had already had someone helping me and was waiting for them to return. It's being part of a team collectively working together that I found nice to see.

Yep! If we're open, head inside to the cashier and drop your keys with them. If not there's a drop box outside

Call the service center they will give you the price you need and you should get the car service it ride better when it updated also o line they have service coupons
They start at 7am til 6 pm by appointment but regular hours are 8-5 for walk ins

You could do both. But, they going to tell you the online prices do not change. So, check the price online and when you get there do not tell them you saw the online prices until they give u a fair price. Then compare them. Other they gonna keep telling you the online price does not change. Genesis are great cars in my opinion. Good luck.
