They do not offer WiFi for the public. You have to either work there or be a corporate worker or supplier. My little lads were difficult to manage bec I wasn’t able to put on their favorite flicks whilst eating. I won’t visit here again & I think its pretty LOW for such a large corporation to not offer this kindness to its patrons.

This place is going down hill the last couple of years. Where wrong food is given out to tonight we waited 15 minutes for ice cream for them to come out and say the machine is down. Mind you saw a car with someone eating an ice cream sundae in the parking lot. Since the store manager Jack left its gone down hill. Very disappointed

I always come to this location and order the same thing, and never have issues with their customer service. I’ve only had my order done wrong one and that was it really fast and really easy. But today, whatever boy was in the drive-through taking orders on 06/05 at 12:50pm, he had a nasty attitude. Today, I am sick, and couldn’t keep down fully solid foods so I felt for a salad, I asked for a chaser chicken salad, he said they didn’t have any. So I sat there and looked online at the salad menu to see which salad I would like to try. He asked me how could he help me. And I stated that I was looking into the other salads. He said, with an attitude, that they didn’t have any salads n haven’t sold salads in 3 yrs. So why didn’t you say that from before when you said u didn’t have any ceaser salad ?????? Obviously I didn’t know. So I didn’t order anything and I left. Wont be returning.

I've had the same experience. I believe its because no one taught them how to treat people, understand customers, or explained the concept of service to mean "serving others". They just need better training before they loose money and customers. Think Pennywise could even do it better. 🤡 I hope they correct this problem too!!
I was there today, it's the worst McDonald's place than I have ever been, over 18 minutes to serve my order
