They do riding lessons and they are open to the public. Great place.

Unfortunately, no. Lazy P offers service in equine boarding, riding lessons and arena rides. (By appointment only during the Covid-19 pandemic.)
Others board their personal horses there; however, the barn has horses the public can ride.
