I love shopping here, I usually shop online, but this day I decided to go in and look around the store is always organized even on Black friday everything looks nicely. The line was to long so I left and got my Iteam online for the same price just have to wait a little for the delivery. I think they need to come up with a better and faster checkout. Specially on a black Friday.

Cierra (spelling?) the store manager on the night of 10.25.2018 was outstanding. She gave me superb customer service from start to finish on what seemed to be a busy evening and looked short staffed. I sincerely hope they all left at a decent hour as I know how tough resetting a retail store can be after a busy night...Thanks again for your help!

Rude.i have never been in an exoress that treats its customers this way. Just moved here from Denver and will never purchase another Express item as long as Iive. You should fire them all and start again with employees who want a job. Shame on you. Embarrassing!
