The so called. PIZZA BAKED SPAGHETTI. Is not the same as it was 10 years ago, a waste of $6.49. The Alfredo was watered-down it didn't stick to the fettuccine. Hopefully someone will have passion for the food industry. Let's see how Fazolis is in KANSAS.

If I could give a lower rating I would I took my son there after we left the children's hospital in Kansas City and used my birthday money to get him his favorite food it was cold the noodles were hard the tables were all dirty the breadsticks were completely just Grease there was not a lot of sauce in his spaghetti the sauce was bad he now has a stomach ache and the alfredo chicken alfredo left very bad taste in my mouth we have thrown up three times due to the terrible food and your customer service was lacking your workers were spraying water at each other and messing around rather than waiting on customers and making appropriate food I'm very upset and I'm thinking about contacting corporate because this is just terrible I am a single mother of four kids with health issues and all I was trying to do was give my son his favorite meal and you ruined it

Everything from service and eats were absolutely amazing and delicious !! This was my first Fazoli trip; but I can say we will be back! It was a late evening grub run but it was perfect and it hit the spot. Service was on point !! The food was so good !! I was honestly impressed for a fast food Italian restaurant, it stood up and out!! Thank you for a wonderful end to an already great day !! 🙏❤️ We got the baked spaghetti deal number 10 I believe and the gluten free only cause I liked what was in it but I added broccoli.. and we got the Alfredo sauce for dipping bread sticks. It was all exceptional and tasty I loved the rontini and basil pesto sauce !! And the dipping sauce was so yummy 😋
