This is store is nice and clean since it been updated. Please teach your employees to learn how to make coffee this is one of those stores coffee taste like water. I would have given you 5 stars if your coffee made properly and your pumps were clean.

My husband & I stayed the night at this location. The showers was big & clean. The only issue is the breakfast lacked any flavor. With the biscuits & gravy... they left the biscuits closed & didn't put enough Gravy. Being from the south that was just appalling to us. Lol. Not to mention the eggs has water in them. Yes, I said water. The spoon she used to scoop up the eggs was dripping from water. Lastly, I got some hot water in my own cup & for the first time ever I was charged $1.99 for got water. All the other times when stopping at a Piolt or Flying J I have NEVER been charged. But to make the hot water charge more mind boggling... they didn't charge my husband for his coffee that was in his own cup but he used there creamer & sugar. Go figure! Won't be back to this location at all.

Taylor & Michael both had great customer service. Had minor issue with the shower Taylor immediately stepped in and got it fixed. …Thank you for taking the time to share this with us, Ahmed! We hope you'll stop in again for another visit soon. :)

The food on the roller grill was exquisite! I had a bad case of constipation and this food cleansed my colon!
