Passing through on vacation and stopped to get gas. Car wouldn't start. We had a dead battery. The shop wouldn't help us. They wouldn't give us a jump or let us borrow jumper cables to get it going. God forbid if the jerk had to get off his stool and help somebody.

I was at another ta truck stop shop that replaced my fuel filters days ago. I park here. Hours later my Diesel is leaking out of the fuel filter. The manager and shop crew were all nice and helpful. It just hurts my company that ta failed to properly do the work to prevent the fuel spill to begin with. Paying $420.38 for fuel spill cleanup hurts the bottom line. I hope the higher ups review my google maps reviews…. So much damage done at Petro s too.
