Lots of closed stores, mall is not maintained or cleaned. Whoever runs this mall doesn’t do good job.

I never really care enough to leave a review on anything, but I'm making an exception this time. I came in with my father to purchase an iPhone 13 Pro Max. I walked in, made an appointment. The person who was taking care of the purchase was extremely rude. My father is not a native English speaker and she was treating him like he was dumb. She was being extremely impatient with him and any questions he asked, she would answer with short tempered tone. I worked in retail in the past and I can understand what it's like to be asked too many questions by customers, but he was just asking very basic questions such as: How much would we be paying in total monthly after tax? what's the interest rate for financing? etc. It was really basic questions that any customers should be asking. He never even repeated a question. She also decided to leave us mid transaction and take her break. She handed us off to a fellow employee, but that person just ended up leaving us. I can deal with people being rude to me, but when it comes to my parents it really bothers me and I can't ever stand. I decided to leave and not buy anything.

I went to this store when I was accidentally locked out of my iPhone. The two 20-something employees were impolite and showed little interest in helping me solve my problem. First I was asked, “So you mean you forgot your passcode?” in a patronizing manner, then they told me to “try it again and see.” Finally I was told to “just call Apple customer service.” How, exactly, was I supposed to call customer service when I couldn’t use my phone? No additional help from those two, nor any expression of regret that I would have to lose all of my files in a factory reset. They were patently unfriendly. I pressed for an appointment with their tech department and, with an eye-roll, was told to leave and come back in 10 minutes. I chose to let this pass, assuming they might have limitations on how many people could be in the store at one time due to COVID. In the end I went home and eventually was able to restore my phone via the online Apple support page. I know these things happen in this day and age, when we are so dependent on our devices for everything. But is that an excuse for discourtesy? My complaint is as much directed at the Apple Store as it is the rude employees. The store chose to hire them, after all.

The most rude staff I have ever encountered. This is Apple?? Teach your girl at front who’s shoving masks in everyone’s face to at least say Hi and be polite. Your other staff who refused me returning an iPhone without an appointment, even though your site says “just walk in”. And I said I already initiated the return online, they would just need to take it. I drove an hour to get here. Seriously. Hire better.

If u have an I pad and is sink with ur phone u can locate it
I think it depends on what you're looking for.
Only for at&t. The rest shop as you like as long as the amount of people in the stores doesn't exceed recommended covid requirements.
You'll need to unlock it - search for "account recovery" in google
It's 6% taxed since it's out of city limits. The best place to go that's close for untaxed purchases would be Wilmington Delaware, their local apple store

It helps, however there are times earlier or later in the day when you can walk in
You can operate camera for still photo or video recording from apple watch 3. But apple watch does not have a camera. But the built in app help you to operate iphone camera remotely. Hope this help.
I did not have to. I created the ID at home while I was setting up my computer.
Any purchase made with a recipe will be honored. Go back and get what you paid for. Electricnics has a warranty. Usually posted 7 to 14 days. Law is 30 days on everything unless posted. As Is.
Shop around. Found a place who repair for $80. Not that complicated to replace these screens. Make some phone calls or stop into your local phone repair shops.
13 pro max about $1200 plus tax or higher. 12 pro max about $100 cheaper then 13 pro max.
You can either make an appointment via the apple website or walk in to make an appointment
Yes either by a tech store your area or at the Apple Store.
Yes you can walk in. Just make sure to approach an available rep with your name and info. They will reach out to you when ready.
I'm sure they could. I think it would be easier if you just ordered it online and had it shipped to his house. Also they can engrave it for you before they ship it out if you order it directly from apple. It would be less of a headache in my opinion if you did it that way. I have not had very good customer service experiences at that store. So that's my opinion. Someone else might disagree but I personally wouldn't go there for anything ever again.
Not sure I would check web site or call help desk
I never heard of apple grove park
Make an appointment online seek advice from a genius bar associate locate.apple.com
Try restarting the phone. If the issue persists, you can take your phone to the Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service provider. You can book an appointment on getsupport.apple.com or use the Apple Support app.

Don't know the prices for stuff like that myself. I will say that the 7 is doomed with cellular reception issues. Google the iPhone 7 searching for network issue. You'll find all sorts of people with the issue and home remedies. Eventually you'll find an actual 1 year extension on your warranty to fix the issue by Apple, which is what I went there for. Its a known issue they're keeping quiet for every 7 sold in the USA and other countries. They make you go through a whole exercise of a factory reset claiming it will fix the issue, but it didn't. And when it didn't, they wrote me up to fix it like it was a mechanic writing up an oil change. They know the exact issue and don't even argue once you've tried the factory reset. Get that and your button fixed at the same time. They'll probably charge you for the button, but maybe not.
Sounds like it.
Hoy dod your phone get bent in the first place?
I'm not sure about that! You'll probably have to contact Apple directly
Do yourself a favor take it somewhere else.
