Incredible customer service from these guys. I originally rented the Tesla for the auto-pilot feature but the feature was unavailable. Gianni helped me get into a different vehicle seamlessly and switch to the Porsche Panamera since the Tesla did not work out. I highly recommend these guys as I will be using them again on my next trip to Miami.

I must stay that my experience with prestige was nothing sure of wonderful beginning to end. It’s starting with Andres providing over the top customer service. He was able to get me into the specific car that I wanted the Porsche 911 at a better rate than all of its competitors. Doing the paperwork process with him was easy. It was Gianni’s that picked me up from the airport and drove me to my hotel. I was a little intimidated about driving the car at first, so he was nice enough to ride with me while I got familiar with the vehicle. I The next 24 hours that I have the car was absolutely amazing. It was a surprise gift to my boyfriend, who is a car guy. He was totally surprised and so happy to drive his dream car. We had an amazing time driving around and were sad when the 24 hours came to an end. Then it was Andres that retrieved me from the hotel and took me back to the airport. He was even better in person than he was on the phone. I will definitely be using this company again in the future… May be surprising my boyfriend again with another car. If you’re thinking of renting an exotic car I would highly recommend you do it with Prestiege 100%! Hands-down the best place to rent a luxury car in south Florida!

Rented for Daytona Beach, process was so seemless I worried it was legit. It IS legit they are just that easy to work with. Car was delivered on time with ease perfect as it could be. I would love to rant about the car but this is about Prestige. I loved every part of this deal, price was fair, attitude was terrific and service was as best as service can be. Love it all and will only call them when another need arises.
